The Large Flush Wood Hybrid-Fyre Arch fireplace insert features the world’s cleanest burning wood technology combined with a huge fire viewing area. Wood is the world’s most inexpensive fuel as well as a renewable resource. The Large Flush Wood Hybrid-Fyre Arch uses a fusion of high performance wood combustion and catalytic technology in what we call Hybrid-Fyre technology. Primary combustion occurs within the firebox. Secondary air is introduced through air tubes re-igniting the flue gas as it leaves the firebox. Those same gases are then passed through a catalytic combustor to dramatically reduce emissions while at the same time increasing heat output and efficiency. With Hybrid-Fyre technology, virtually no smoke exits the appliance. This super clean burning insert boasts emissions of only .58 grams an hour as well as almost zero carbon monoxide output throughout all burn cycles. Because of it’s superior performance this large insert is capable of heating up to 2,500 square feet, with up to a 12 hour burn time.
