We inherited a spa when we purchased our house 9 years ago and are currently having an issue with our beautiful two-year old replacement spa – come of the lights went out but there’s something else we are dealing with. However, we do not expect anything other than a continued positive experience based upon Valerie’s responsiveness and great attitude (she’s an example of who consumers want to be dealing with) and the very responsive service department! Dealing with warranty and customer service issues can be very frustrating but these guys are such a relief!
